Day Four

Still going strong, I am curious to see how long I will be able to keep this up with energy and enthusiasm. I guess we will have to see this Monday when I weigh in for a week one summary. Well today I work up still tired, didn't get much sleep again last night... Maybe my cat is hogging the bed and I just haven't figured that one out yet haha.

Breakfast
*1 slice of 12 grain toast, lightly covered with LF peanut butter and half of a sliced banana.
*1 cup of hot tea, splenda and a splash of skim milk




Snack
*Tangerine
*a super yummy pumpkin oatmeal cookie that I made from scratch... appx. 60 calories

Lunch
*one hard boiled egg
*one shrimp cake, which didn't turn out so good so really I only ate half of that





Snack

*other half of my banana from breakfast

Dinner
 *I made a yummy veggie lasagna. Let me know if you want the recipe!










Snack
*a yummy orange to keep me going after my work out!









Tonight's work out consisted of 4 miles run/walk on the track. I did some core work outs as well. How is everyone else doing? Do you have any yummy recipes to share? Need inspiration? Check out these sites!!!
